Activate your Bowling Rewards Card by completing this quick and easy form and you'll be eligible to redeem reward credits inside your tournament club and/or entertainment center in the Bowling Rewards directory. Best of all, you can use your Bowling Rewards Card at ANY participating merchant inside the Bowling Rewards community.

IMPORTANT: Your email address will be used as your username so we ask that you enter it twice to confirm. Your password may be any combination of letters and numbers of at least 5 characters in length. Our registration process requires that after you enroll by completing the form below you must manually activate your account and confirm your email address on record Both tasks can be accomplished by responding to the confirmation email sent after enrollment. Failure to respond to the first email will trigger a second confirmation email. If you do not respond to either of the confirmation emails, you will not be able to redeem reward credits earned at participating Merchants enrolled in Bowling Rewards program.
